How to book?

Step 1: You can find the different types of price offers and rates on the website of Interhotel Sandanski in our section SPECIAL OFFERS A description of the accommodation offered is available in section ACCOMMODATION

Step 2: Enter the portal ON-LINE RESERVATION The portal is available in Bulgarian, English and Russian languages. You can switch the language from the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Choose the desired period of stay, number of nights, number of guests and press SEARCH. If you want to book multiple rooms, you have to make a new reservation for each room.

How to choose the right accommodation?

For your convenience we present the types and capacity of the accommodation offered in accordance with the hotel policy:

Child policy:

• A child under 3.99 y. o. is considered a BABY and noted as such in the reservation form. Babies are accommodated FREE of charge.
• Children from 4 to 11.99 y. o. use a discount from the regular price for accommodation and should be noted as CHILD in the reservation form.
• A guest, aged 12 y. o. or more as at the date of accommodation is considered an ADULT.

Step 4: After you choose the desired type of accommodation, press BOOK NOW.

Step 5: You will have to read and accept the GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS and press CONFIRM. In the GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS you will find additional information on the final step of your reservation – debit / credit card payment.

How to register?

• If you use on-line reservation system for the first time, press REGISTER. Enter your name as in your ID/passport.
• If you are a frequent guest hotel, it is possible that your e-mail ddress is already entered in system and you will receive a message that you are already registered. In this case, please contact us for support.
• If you are already registered, enter your username and password and press LOGIN.

How to pay?

After you confirm your booking, a screen will open to proceed with bank card payment. Please fill in all the required data accurately and press PAYMENT.

• If you use a debit card for on-line payments, it is necessary to activate this service and get your secret code to use in your on-line payments.
• For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication – Verified by VISA MasterCard SecureCode, the authentication site of your issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
• If the transaction fails, please try again. Make sure you enter the data from your card correctly. If the payment fails a second time, please try with another card.

Reservation number. If the payment is successful, a „Booking confirmation №…“ file will open on the screen. Please print or save the document for future reference or just write down the reservation number.
In order to save the reservation confirmation, press the button with three points at the upper right corner of your screen. Then press “Save”. Choose the “Save as PDF” option and again “Save”.  

Customers log-in. You can check your reservation details by clicking on CUSTOMERS LOGIN Enter your user name and password and then go to MY ACCOUNT. You will see your profile’s GENERAL DATA. Your reservations are in the RESERVATIONS tab.

Invoice. You can receive an invoice for your stay by sending us the required company data /company name, VAT ID, company address and a financially liable person/ to our e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Be aware, that an invoice can be issued only if you send the required company details, within the day of the payment. Don’t forget to send your reservation number as well.
