Reservation and accommodation

INTERHOTEL SANDANSKI is obliged to ensure provision of the services requested and paid by the customer as booking option in their full amount based on the data provided by the client through the reservation form, namely: name of the customer, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds price per night.

Here is the capacity of the hotel rooms, according to our policy:

Child Policy:

  • A child under is considered aBABYand noted as such in the reservation form. Babies are accommodated FREE of charge.
  • Childrenfrom 4 touseadiscount from the regular price for accommodationand should be noted as CHILD in the reservation form.

Through the online booking portal of our web site you can yourself immediately make the reservation you need, according to the parameters you set and pay it through our virtual POS terminal. Thus you will immediately receive a confirmation of a successful and 100% guaranteed reservation.

Cancellations and reservation changes

In case of cancellation, early departure or change of booking already paid by the customer, Interhotel Sandnaski shall charge a penalty, or refund the amount paid by the customer, according to the cancelation policy:

Changes and cancellations, for standard rate reservations, which do not include holidays:

  1. Reservation changes and cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before arrival;
  2. Changes and cancellations from 1 to 7 days inclusive before arrival incur a penalty equal to the amount for the first night;
  3. Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show incur a penalty equal the entire amount of the paid reservation;
  4. In case of early departure the penalty shall be equal to the amount of the unused portion of the reservation;

Reservations for holidays: Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Vacation, as well as based on special offers, may have different terms of payment, and cancellation policy, listed in the specific offers.

Refunds for canceled reservations will be done in the manner in which the payment was received. The refund is done within 30 days from the cancellation date.

Prices, payment, guaranteed reservations

The prices quoted on the website of Interhotel Sandanski are in lev (BGN), including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount owed by the customer for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

Any reservation is GUARANTEED only after 100% advance payment. You can make advance payment for the reservation through our online booking portal, with bank transfer or with credit / debit card. Please note that guests will not be accommodated before the reservation is fully paid.

When you make a reservation for the next day, or in case there are no more than two days between the date you book the reservation, and the arrival date, we recommend you to book and pay your stay directly through our online booking portal, which will speed up the process of receiving, creating, confirming and guaranteeing your reservation.

Interhotel Sandanski reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on the demand and the current accommodation availability. For confirmed and paid bookings the amount due shall not change, regardless of the new price offers.

Payment types

Payment can be done in 3 ways:

1. Electronically with debit or credit card

1.1. Through the virtual POS terminal of our on-line booking portal
When choosing this payment method you yourself make the reservation and manage the respective payment process through the online booking portal on the website of Interhotel Sandanski.

Once you create and confirm the booking, and proceed to its payment the BORIKA payment window opens. The payment window is in 3-D Secure environment of BORICA, ensuring complete protection of customer entered data. In this window, the customer enters the data from his card - card type, number, expiration date and CVV2 / CVC2 code. For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication, for which you are registered in the authentication schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, the authentication site of your issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.

To be able to use your debit card for online payment, it is necessary to activate this service and get your secret code to use in your online payments. Activation can be done at any ATM within the network of BORIKA.

The steps you should follow to activate the service and get your secret code are as follows:

Step 1: Insert your card in the ATM. Select "Other services".
Step 2: Select ATM menu option "Payment via Internet"
Step 3: Select ATM menu option "Secret BORIKA code"
Step 4: At the ATM screen a message appears for successfully generated secret code.

On the cash receipt, which will be printed, you can find the secret code that you need for online payment with your debit card.

Note: The merchant has no access to the data on the card at any time during the generation of the booking, making the payment and after the payment.
Upon successful transaction transactional note is displayed which should be printed and kept.
At the time of online booking the respective amount will be automatically withdrawn from your card when the payment process is completed.

After successful payment of the amount for the generated reservation, you will receive confirmation, number and parameters of your guaranteed reservation.

1.2. Through physical POS and payment without presence of the card
If one states his will to pay for the reservation by credit or debit card without using the virtual POS terminal, together with the offer an authorization form will be sent to the customer. By completing, signing and sending the authorization form, the customer agrees the card details (number, CVC code) to be used for the withdrawal of the booking amount. For data security purposes it is recommended the authorization form be sent by fax to: +359 746 32578.

The amount for your reservation will be withdrawn from your bank card seven days before the arrival date.
For reservations for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Vacation, as well as based on special offers, the amount for the reservation will be withdrawn from your card immediately after the confirmation of the offer.

Upon successful withdrawal of the amount you will receive an invoice for the advance payment, transaction receipt for the effected payment transaction, confirmation of guaranteed reservation.

Note:
No reservation will be made if other person’s card is specified in the authorization form. If the person who makes the reservation cannot provide details of his/her own debit / credit card, in order to guarantee the reservation in advance it could be paid for via the virtual POS of the online reservation module on the website of the hotel or to make a bank transfer.

For bookings where the person making the reservation is different from the one who will stay at the hotel advance payment via physical POS terminal without the presence of the card shall not be accepted. In these cases, we recommend to our customers to pay in advance their stay via the virtual POS of the online reservation module on the website of the hotel or by bank transfer.

2. By bank transfer

If you choose this method of payment a proforma invoice will be sent to you with details of the bank accounts of Interhotel Sandanski. After carrying out the bank transfer you need to send a copy of the payment order or the deposit slip by fax to: +359 746 32578 or by e-mail to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , and you must quote the number of the offer on the payment document.

After successful payment of the amount for the reservation in line with the offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment and confirmation of guaranteed reservation.

Invoice

If you need a company invoice for the payment, please send us the company details /company name, address, VAT №, name of the company manager/ right after you book the reservation. If we do not receive company information by the end of the day, we will issue an invoice in the name of the booker.

Personal data

Your personal data are protected under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and shall be used only by the Reservations department of Interhotel Sandanski.
Your personal data will not be submitted to third parties.
